Seafood is one of the most famous and delicious foods in the world and it provides the body with high-quality protein. People around the world cook seafood in different ways. Today, we have chosen ‘Fish Curry’.
Ingredients:
Fish Marinating:
1 kg hamour fillet cut into medium size pieces
1/ 2 tsp curry
1/ 2 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tsp mashed garlic
1 tsp Goody mustard
1 tsp Goody natural vinegar
1 egg whipped
Flour for coating the fish
1/ 2 cup sunflower oil

The Curry:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 minced onion
1 tbsp mashed garlic
1 tsp curry
1 tsp salt and black pepper
1 cube chicken stock (Goody)
1 cup cooking cream
1 cup water
1 drop of edible yellow color
How to prepare:
1. Mix all the marinating ingredients except the flour and marinate the fish for an hour, then remove the fish and coat in the flour. Fry on high heat until cooked.
2. The sauce: Sauté oil and butter on medium heat, add onions and stir until it becomes golden. Add the garlic, spices, yellow color and mix for a minute. Add the cream, the chicken stock cube, stir a little, add the fried fish and stir. Leave it on low heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
