Anti-wrinkle Facial Exercises

Some of us are keen to go to the gym daily and some do exercises at home. Wall of us talk about exercises for our body and most of the time we neglect the facial exercises, which are as important as the other body exercises. Forgetting your facial muscles will lead to frown lines, drooping jaws and eye bags.

Facial exercises were there all the time, however started to spread in the 90s as a natural way to combat age marks and help the face to look bright and fresh.

You can notice the instant effect of facial exercises as they immediately start working lymphatic system, which keeps the body clear of toxins. It also pushes blood with essential nutrients and oxygen into the skin and muscle tissue to nourish and improve cell renewal and helps removing tension and stress in the muscle.

Tips for Facial Exercises:

– before you begin, apply a moisturizer to the face.

* Start with warm up exercises to avoid any strain of the muscles.

* – Choose time of the day when you can relax with no disturbance.

* Start with some neck exercise by gently tilting the head forward and backward.

* Facial exercises include the forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw line and lips.

Some Easy Facial Exercises:

* Pull your forehead back and try to lift each eyebrow separately, do it 10 times.

* Close your eyes and raise your eyebrows as far as you can, repeat.

* Pull up your under-eye as far as you can and keep your eyes wide open, hold for few seconds and repeat the exercise.

* Open your mouth and make the letter O, hold the position for few seconds and do it again.

* With your fists, begin from the chin and pull up to the outer lines of your eyebrows, repeat for one minute.
