The Malaysian Sati is the first Malaysian folk food and is the most eaten by Malaysian families, which still stick to the Malaysian heritage. The barbecue and the Malaysian spices which are derived from tropical climate heat, give the meat a delicious and exceptional taste

:Sati Ingredients

. Pieces of meat*
. 1/4 tsp cumin*
.1 tsp turmeric*

.1 tsp cloves*
.1 chopped onion*
.2 garlic cloves*

. 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar*
. 1 cup soy sauce*
. 2 lemons*
. 1/4 tsp star*
.2 tbsp oil*
. Ginger slices*


Cut the meat into slices, mix all the ingredients and oil with the meat and leave it to marinate for 2 to 3 hours, then attach meat to the wooden barbecue sticks to grill and serve Sati hot or cold
