Fitness Exercises for Particular Cases

Some people suffer from nerves problems, leg pains or imbalance and inability to move; therefore it is difficult for them to exercise. Hereinafter, some exercises they can do at home or in office while sitting on a chair, to avoid gaining weight caused by lack of movement and sitting for long periods.

1. Standby

First, sit on the chair with your back straight; push the abdomen back bend on your arms while they are straight and on the chair. This position will help benefit the stomach and expand the chest.

2 – Limbs Exercise

Stretch your arms forward with your hands free in movement, twist your hands towards the floor; this exercise helps to alleviate strength and body resistance.

3 – Light Weight Exercise

Use some lightweights or rope. Sit on the rope, and pull it strongly from both sides with your arms bent.

4 – Strengthen Shoulders, Arms and Back

Lift the arms up at 90 between the forearm and the humerus, then join the hands. Repeat as long as possible to help strengthen the arms, shoulders and back. This exercise is for the entire upper body.
