Chocolate Cake from ‘Dantella Cake’

Dantella Cake, talent began from home and when she was still a student at vocational high school. She studied cake basic methods, cooking and decorating.

She then decided to invest her time and money in decorated cake. She learned more from foreign sites specialized in the manufacture and innovation of desserts and cakes. Bukhari wishes to have her own franchise with Saudi hands.

Cakes vary in different flavors and types; today Bukhari chose to prepare Chocolate Cake (Taking into account the amounts of standard cups and spoons).


– 3 cups flour finely sifted

– 3 cups fine sugar

– 1 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 tbsp baking soda

– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

– 1 1/2 tsp salt

– 4 large eggs

– 1 1/2 cup whipping cream

– 1 1/2 cup hot water

– 1/2 cup oil

– 2 tsp vanilla


– Bring a deep bowl and place all the dry ingredients after sifting.

– Add the liquid ingredients (eggs, oil, water and cream)

– Mix with either manual or electric mixer, pour into prepared baking tray and into a pre-heated oven.
