Squatting Exercises

Kicks
Stand in position of a “fighter”, with a kick from one leg in the air, to lift the thighs a bit. It triggers the activation of blood circulation and speeds up metabolism.
Scissors Workout
Lie down on your back, lift your legs with quick movements alternately same as opening and closing the scissors.
Pressing Exercise
Put a pillow between your legs and press on it, repeat.
Walking
