Banoffee Pie is one of the most known Italian desserts, which you would serve to your guests in a short time, it can be prepared easily and has an irresistible delicious taste.
Preparation time: “60 minutes”
Ingredients:
– I pack of Digestive biscuits fine ground (for the base).
– 100 g Butter (for the base).
– 2 canes condensed milk heated without boiling (for the filling)
– 4 Bananas cut into pieces and mixed with lemon juice (for the filling).
– 1 tsp cinnamon (for the filling)
– 2 cups whipping cream (for the filling)
– 3 tbsp grated chocolate (for the filling)
How to prepare:
1. Mix the fine ground biscuits with butter and place the base in a cheesecake mould, press well the biscuits to cover the bottom and sides equally.
2. Place the hot condensed milk layer on top of the base and fridge for 1/2 hour
3. Take it out of the fridge, spread the bananas over it and sprinkle the cinnamon.
4. Garnish with whipping cream and grated chocolate and back to the fridge until serving
