Strength and endurance exercises tend to make all the body muscles work by applying the resistance that muscles need for strength.
They aim to the use of appropriate weight or strength of resistance that strengthens the target muscles, strength exercises need to be repeated 8-12 times and is usually performed 2-3 times a week.
Benefits of Strength Exercises:
– Combat anxiety, tension and depression as they increase the production of androgen to improve the psychological state.
– Eliminate insomnia, and intermittent sleep disorder, since strength exercises regulate breath and prevent sleep apnea, which help to get deep sleep.
– When practiced regularly, they increase mental abilities and concentration of a person, thus students are always advised to practise strength exercises.
