With the hot summer season and high temperature, especially in the Arab region, our skin is unhelpfully affected. Skin expert, Lina Al-Shaikh gives us some protection tips:
•Drink more water, especially if you are exposed to the hot weather when you are out during the day.
• Use sunscreen with at least 50 SPF.
•The lighter your skin, the more sunscreen SPF degree you should use.
• Use sunscreen even when you are at home as the harmful rays go through windows and curtains.
• If you have to go out in the morning, always take your sunscreen spray, and spray your skin every 2 hours, still if you have used make-up.
•Use cosmetics with SPF in varying degrees, such as foundation, powder and lipsticks.
