Detoxification is very important for a healthy body and mind. A detox drink flushes out toxins and also gives the body the nutrition it needs. It can also enhance the body’s systems

Pollution, eating unhealthy or junk food, stress at work, not getting enough sleep are all factors that cause weight gain as well as unhealthy skin.

One of the main reasons we gain weight and lose our energy is because we carelessly ignore the importance of detoxification.

Here we give simple and easy to prepare juices that will help our mind, body, and skin feel and look better.

The Cucumber, Lime and Grapes

It is very helpful to protect your body from dehydration, helps to control blood sugar levels and improves digestion and gastritis, heartburn, and constipation.

Ingredients

•1 cucumber

•1/2 lime

•A handful of green grapes

•Mint leaves

•Black pepper

Method

•Mix all the ingredients in the food processor.

•Add pepper and ice cubes before drinking.

Kale And Pomegranate

This juice is very high in fibers, minerals, vitamins and protein and it helps reduce cholesterol and prevents from many kinds of cancers. Also, it improves memory and blood circulation.

Ingredients

•A bunch of kale leaves

•Pomegranate

•A pinch of salt

•Black pepper

Method

•Mix the kale leaves and pomegranate into the food processor.

•Add a pinch of salt and a little black pepper powder and spin it.

•Serve with ice.
