Simple Tools Transforms Your Home Into a Small Gym

In Ramadan you can exercise at home using some simple tools that would turn your home into a small gym.

Here are the most important tools you need:

• Weight; to exercise muscles, one of the most important tools, determine the weights appropriate to your weight.

• Rubber ropes that help your body persistence and are suitable for stretching exercises also choose the appropriate ones for your weight.

• Ball weights aim at full-body exercise, including abdominal exercises.

• Jump ropes are specially made for home use; they help burn calories and activate blood circulation.

• Yoga mat, if you are a yoga fan with the aim of meditation and relaxation; because lying on the floor hurts the back, the use of the mat prevents you from such pain.

• Resistance tube strengthens arm muscles.
