How to Eat Venison?
Preparation time 20 minutes.
1. Get rid of all the fat, as it is not delicious.
2. Marinate the venison over night and keep it in a large bag, press on it to remove air and keep in the fridge.
3. To marinate, you need less than half chopped yellow onion, four garlic cloves (ground) and five tablespoons of butter. Add 2 cups of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of apple juice, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of chili.
4. Grill in a pan.
