Five-minute Cheese Pasta Mug
1/3 cup pasta
3/4 cup cold water
Milk
1/4 tablespoon corn flour
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Method
Add pasta to the water and put in the microwave until cooked; then add milk, corn flour and cheese, stir for 1 minute, put it back in the microwave until cheese melts.

Chickpeas Mug Cake
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chickpeas flour
1 Egg
1 teaspoon oil
15 g dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
In a Mug, mix all ingredients together; put it in the microwave for 90 seconds in 630 till well cooked. Bon Appétit!
