Cleansing
Use skin cleanser daily and make sure to wash your face with lukewarm or cold water, but not hot water as it causes dryness and peeling.
Water
In autumn or winter, we sometimes forget to drink enough water, which results in our skin being pale. So, you should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
Sunscreen
Even in winter and autumn, you should not go out without sunscreen, always use it no matter which season it is.
Masks
Choose a type of masks and use it once a week to supply and moisturize your skin with the required nutrients.
