Majority of people suffer from exhaustion, laziness and inability to work. This may be due to the dietary; in case the body does not get enough vegetables and healthy foods, it would lead to shortage of energy. In addition, lack of physical activity, which usually energizes and vitalizes the body.
There are several ways to get rid of laziness and fatigue:
• Daily exercise such as walking for at least one hour.
• Follow healthy diet.
• Deep breathing exercises through inhalation and exhalation that help to get rid of negative energy.
• Stretching exercise, which is best to practiced in the morning as it gives the body a push of energy, relaxation and a clear mind.
• Morning yoga is the most effective exercise to avoid laziness and tiredness.
