Tennis…The Joy of Sport

Tennis is one of the best sports. If you practise Tennis for only three hours a week, you will never need to go to the gym.

Just play Tennis and you will know the benefits of it which we explain in the following lines:

• Tennis improves the heart functions through the exercise of running to reach the highest level of movement and then the least at the break between the points.

• When playing Tennis, hard work is done by the middle body muscles; the abdominal muscles and lower back muscles which maintain balance when running. Also the ball blows increase of strength and pressure on the legs and the upper part of the body.

• Tennis sharpens the mind through the quick response and the setting of strategy for each opponent, which preserves brain activity and health.

• Swinging of 11-ounce racket strengthens the upper muscles of the arm, shoulders and forearms.

• Tennis helps to extend tens of muscles throughout the body.

• Tennis strengthens the lower and upper quadriceps muscles of the thighs and legs.
