Chicken Kebab with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
– Kilo of boneless and skinless chicken breasts.
– Green Pepper.
– medium onions, finely chopped.
-1 tbsp ginger powder.
– 3 cloves of crushed garlic.
– 1/2 cup chopped coriander.
– 1/2 cup chopped parsley.
– 1 tsp salt.
– 1/2 tsp black pepper.
– 1/2 tsp cumin.
– 1/2 tsp chicken spices.
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Method
– Mix all the ingredients in the food processor and leave in the fridge for an hour.
– Form the mixture on wooden skewers.
– Put in the oven or on charcoal until cooked.
Pesto Sauce (Ingredients)
– Freshly chopped basil leaves (can be replaced with spinach, coriander or any green leaves…..).
– 1 Garlic clove.
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
– Little of olive oil.
Method
– Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
– Pour the pesto sauce on kebabs once they are cooked.
Tips
– Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes before use.
– For tasty kebabs, wet your hand with a little onion and tomato juice while forming the kebabs.
– Chop chicken, and seasoned with the same marinating for Shish Kebab.
