Hera are some ideas for snacks, healthy, easy to prepare and easy to eat at work.
Your favourite Salad and Sauce
Prepare the salad ingredients in the evening, and put your favorite sauce in a small jar. The next day, add the sauce to salad when you feel hungry, and here you have an easy meal at work.
Grilled Chicken with Vegetables
Prepare it a day earlier. Marinate and grill the chicken, and cut it into small pieces. Boil or steam vegetables and add spices. Heat in microwave to enjoy healthy food at work.
Club Sandwich
One of the most convenient meals at work, prepare a sandwich with your preferred ingredients between layers of brown toast. You can follow it with a banana or an apple and avoid chocolates and unhealthy snakes.
Roll Sandwich
Prepare a sandwich in tortilla, wrap it and cut into small pieces for easy handling. Eat cucumbers and peppers with the sandwich. Vegetables would be eaten at any time we are craving for sugar.
Macaroni and Cheese
This is a very easy meal. Cook pasta in the evening and place in a box. Put your favourite cheese in zipped bag. When we feel hungry, add cheese to the pasta and heat in the microwave, enjoy the delicious meal!
