There are many sports equipment that fit for someone and not for others, so it is necessary to know the best equipment for you and that would help in weight loss.

Treadmill:

Treadmill is one of the best devices for burning calories and weight loss, by adjusting the speed or modifying the slope of the device it would be used on different levels of exercise.

Orbitrek Exercise Machine:

It is almost similar to the treadmill. It has high rates of burning calories, as it drives a large mass of muscles and is the substitute to the treadmill for anyone suffering from joint pain, especially knee, thighs and back.
