Indian Masala with Cream

Indian cuisine is characterized by a variety of dishes and spices that give it distinctive and unique smell and aroma different from other cuisines. Indians are known for using curry leaves in most dishes such as rice curry, chicken curry and tandoori and others.

Today we have details, ingredients and method of Masala.

INGREDIENTS

* 2 tbsp olive oil

* 3 chicken boneless breast, washed with water, vinegar and lemon, and cut into cubes

* 1 chopped onion

* 1 Chopped green pepper

* 3 Cloves of garlic

* 1 tbsp chopped ginger

* Hot pepper (as desired)

* 2 fresh tomatoes

* 2 tbsp tomato paste

* Mixed spices (Coriander, Chicken Spices, cardamom, black dried lemon & Turmeric)

* 1 cup cooking cream

* 2 cups rice, washed and soaked in water for half an hour or more

* 3 cups water per cup of rice.

* Salt

* Turmeric powder for rice coloring

METHOD

Fry chicken cubes in oil, then add onions, garlic, ginger, pepper, spics and salt and tomato past, leave the mixture on heat for 20 minutes. Then add fresh tomato and the cooking cream, leave for few minutes on the low heat, add fresh coriander as desired.

In another pot add water, oil, salt and spices to boil, then add the rice till it boils, then on low heat. When cooked add turmeric powder soaked in little water and slowly mix.
